スロウバック・サーズデイ恒例NBPプレイリスト。今週は、月曜日に紹介したヴァン・モリソンの新作カヴァー・アルバム『アクセンチュエイト・ザ・ポジティヴ』にまつわるセレクションです。アルバムの内容については月曜日のエントリーをぜひ。そこでモリソンさんがカヴァーしまくった楽曲のオリジナル・ヴァージョン、あるいはモリソンさんが参考にしたであろうヴァージョンを曲順通り並べてみたプレイリスト。いつもは12曲のセレクションだけど、大元のアルバムが19曲入りなので、今回は19曲のセレクションです。
ヴァン・モリソンのルーツとも言うべき19曲。超メジャー曲とマニアック曲とがいい感じに入り乱れた選曲で、ぐっときます。モリソンさんのアルバムとこちらのプレイリストと、ぜひ聞き比べてより一層お楽しみいただければ、と。
